1. Booking

Bookings are made through WhatsApp or email. Your booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with your trek date, package, number of trekkers and price. To arrange the National Park permit we need each trekker's full name, nationality and passport number.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) per person and depend on group size, as shown in our price list.
Payment details are sent with your booking confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer before the trek, or as agreed in writing.
The price includes only the items listed under “Price Includes” on the package page.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow our Cancellation Policy.

4. Health and fitness

Trekking Mount Rinjani is physically demanding, with steep and loose terrain and temperatures near 0 °C at the summit. You confirm that you are in good health and reasonably fit. Please tell us before booking about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or dietary need, so we can advise you honestly whether the trek is suitable.

5. Safety and the guide's decisions

Your guide is responsible for the safety of the whole group. The guide may change the route or schedule, delay or cancel the summit attempt, or end the trek for a trekker if weather, trail conditions or a trekker's health make it unsafe. These decisions are final and are made for your safety.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trekking up to 3,800 m, medical treatment and evacuation.

7. National Park rules

All trekkers must follow Mount Rinjani National Park regulations: carry out all rubbish, do not damage plants or wildlife, and respect local customs and sacred places on the mountain.

8. Personal belongings

Please look after your own valuables. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trek or transfers, except when caused by our own negligence.

9. Liability

AVENTRA takes every reasonable care in organising your trek. We are not responsible for injury, illness, delay or extra costs caused by events outside our control, such as weather, natural disasters, park closures, flight changes, or a trekker not following the guide's instructions.
