Cancelling your trek

• 7 days or more before the trek: free cancellation. Any payment you made is refunded in full.
• 3–6 days before the trek: 50% of the package price is refunded.
• Less than 3 days before the trek, or no-show: no refund, because permits, food and porters have already been arranged.

Changing your date

You can move your trek to another date free of charge once, as long as you tell us at least 3 days before the original date and there is space available.

If we cancel because of weather or park closure

Mount Rinjani National Park can close trails because of heavy weather, volcanic activity or official regulations. If the park is closed on your date, or our guide decides it is unsafe to start, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund of what you paid.

If you stop during the trek

If you decide to end the trek early for personal reasons (fitness, illness, or choice), no refund is given for the unused days. Your guide will arrange a safe descent with a porter or guide. If an extra porter or transport is needed for an early descent, the extra cost will be explained to you first.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent by bank transfer or the payment method you used, within 7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Bank transfer fees may be deducted.

How to cancel

Send us a message on WhatsApp or email info.transportkita@gmail.com with your name and trek date. The time we receive your message is used to calculate the refund.
