• When you visit this website: basic technical information such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies by Google (Google Ads and Google tag).

How we use it

• To arrange your trek, park permit, transport and meals
• To reply to your questions and send booking confirmations
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (for example, to know which ads lead to enquiries)

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed with the Mount Rinjani National Park office (for permits), our own guides and drivers, and service providers such as Google that help us run this website and our advertising.
